Elcom Trade, the exclusive distributor of Midea products in Serbia, is pleased to announce the arrival of the Raynor heat pump, designed for extremely low temperatures.
Air-to-air heat pumps are becoming increasingly popular in our climate conditions, especially due to their energy efficiency and the ability to provide additional heating during cold winter days. However, at very low temperatures, the performance of standard pumps often decreases, so choosing a reliable and powerful pump is crucial.
Raynor, the “wise warrior,” as its name suggests, is designed to provide maximum comfort and reliable heating even in extremely cold conditions. Its high efficiency and advanced features make it a perfect solution for homes in Serbia, where winters are cold and energy efficiency is becoming more important.
This pump can operate even at -40°C, while maintaining full heating capacity down to -25°C. With a maximum heating output of 8 kW, a single indoor unit can heat a large portion of the home. With an energy rating of A+++ and a SCOP of 5.1, Raynor is among the most efficient air-to-air heat pumps on the market. The advanced AI function ECOMASTER reduces energy consumption by more than 30%.
Raynor – a combination of performance and aesthetics
With a 180° vertical deflector for even heat distribution and a “waterfall” mode that directs warm air toward the floor, every corner of the space remains pleasantly warm. A special fireplace mode allows additional heat circulation, while the quiet mode ensures heating without noise. Its modern design, light and warm colors, and softly rounded shapes fit perfectly into interior spaces.
For air quality, the Air Magic+ function reduces the presence of bacteria and viruses, combining temperature control with air purification. The deep self-cleaning mode heats the evaporator to 56°C for 30 minutes, removing up to 99.9% of bacteria.
The durable outdoor unit of the Raynor includes a heated bottom plate, ceramic bearings, and corrosion-resistant fins made with Prime Guard Hyper Graphins technology, tested to withstand 1500 hours of salt-spray exposure. The high-performance compressor guarantees long-lasting and reliable heating in cold climates.
Raynor will officially be available on the international market in December 2025, while Elcom Trade in Serbia plans to offer Raynor to customers in the second half of 2026, making the latest Midea heating technology available to households across the country.
